Do I need to do intense workouts?
No. Your training plan is built around what your body actually needs based on your testing — not the assumption that more is better. Most clients train 3–4 days per week at sustainable intensity. The goal is precision, not punishment.
Is this complicated?
Not at all. The biomarker testing might sound technical, but it's a straightforward blood panel — and once the data comes back, Scott translates it into a clear, simple plan you execute week by week. The data makes things more specific, not more complicated.
What if I've tried everything already?
That's exactly who this program is designed for. If you've been consistent and not getting results, the issue isn't your discipline — it's that your plan wasn't built around your biology. The testing is what changes that equation.
Do I need to understand the biomarker data myself?
No. That's what Scott is there for. You'll receive a clear explanation of what your results mean and exactly what's being adjusted in your program based on them. You'll understand your body better — but you won't need to become a scientist to do it.
Do I really need the testing to get results?
